Residence Inn Houston Downtown/Convention Center

Great location if you need to be in or close to downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice touch and the scrambled eggs were surprisingly tasty compared to many other similar hotel provided breakfasts. Also, good hot sauce/salsa selection. Only downside was that on-site valet parking (only option for hotel parking) can be pricey. But, there are lots and garages within a few blocks that are much less expensive. It was downtown and active at night. I did not find any of the street noise to be a problem, but if you need absolute quiet at night, bring earplugs

Right from the start our valet Freddie was fabulous! Friendly and conversational. We felt well taken care of. Front desk associate was so friendly and made check in a breeze. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to our show at the House of Blues.

The room was clean food was good staff was friendly environment was quite nice guest no problems at all loved my stay will refer and would love to see you again in the future

Great value for money and everything you need. A well located hotel with large, well equipped rooms, a excellent hot breakfast. Also the hotel is located on the express bus route ( 102 bus)from the Airport and the bus to the Space Center( Bay area park and ride - bus 247). James at reception was helpful and professional.

The staff was very courtesy and helpful. Eric in the dining facility was exceptional in his service. It was centrally located to our venue and other places.
